Further info on blood panel
Hello! I posted a couple of weeks back with some questions about low B12 investigations and was about to have a very full and detailed blood panel. I've got some further info from my blood tests. I don't have a copy yet, they're on the way, so I'll have to be vague about actual numbers for some of them

Fibre in the diet
I have probably written about this before, but I am really unsure where to go. So it appears that lots of things play up with my stomach particularly fibre. I tried porridge (smooth quick cook) this within half an hour will give me stomach ache and many trips to the toilet tmi. I then tried peanut

Finishing with Actemra
Hi everybody, once again I'm asking a question of you all before I see my Rheumo. In a few weeks I will have been on Actemra injections for 18 months. I managed to finish taking Pred 7 months ago after a 12 month stint with no relapses. I consider myself to be very lucky so far. I would like to

soft, sticky stool which is hard to pass - any advice?
I feel embarrassed describing my poop but am at the end of my rope with my gut issues. I’ve had IBS for 25 years but the last 5 years have been non-stop, daily issues. Over the last 4 years I have had endless tests. A colonoscopy and gastroscope in 2019 which was clear, a clear ct scan later that year

Stopped taking Linaclotide (Constella/Linzess) for chronic (idiopathic) constipation, a new medicine for me to try.
So I finally had my consult ('second opinion') in Leuven (Belgium) at the gastroenterology unit of the university hospital, after I did see a specialist at the gastroenterology unit of the university hospital in Groningen (The Netherlands) beginning this year. The specialist I spoke with also doesn't

Help please is it possible in a month for the angle to change from narrow to wide open angles? This just doesn’t make sense to me.
Hello again, Well I am still in the system waiting for my next appointment on July 4th. My new consultant says I now have treated primary narrow angles, does that mean the laser has worked is this what opens the angles? My letter on 17th April stated the following: This was 6 Weeks after 2nd

Endoscope..functional dyspepsia and Prilosec
Finally had endoscope which shows not much of anything that one takes Prilosec for....been taking for well over a year....I think it is actually causing my stomach issues. Anyone else had this experience? Will be meeting with GI and want to get off of this. Looking for input from those with similar experience

I’m currently having peppermint tea, apple cider vinegar before and after meals, and buscopan but I seem to be bloated all day every day, no matter what I eat. I’ve recently cut out bread which
