Change in taste
Ive been taking alendronic acid for 3 months now and tolerate it fairly well. However Ive found I’m finding cooked vegetables and meat unpalatable. My appetite hasn’t changed so I’m filling up on rubbish! Which isnt good. Thinking of asking my doctor to change my medication. Anyone else had this issue

Strategies to manage fatigue
Hi guys I have been diagnosed in April and been on Ursodiol since. No idea yet if the medication is working since I switched insurances and my first appointment with the hep specialist is still two months out. (What a system!) Anyway, for the most part I am doing ok but the fatigue and it’s unpredictable

Albutrix made me feel more ill every day I took it.
Albutrix made me feel more ill every day I took it. At 17 days I really felt like I was dying, so I quit it and improved after a couple of day. About 5 days later I tried it again at two tablets a day, two days in a row, and again became very ill. About a week after that I learned that while taking Albutrix

Some supplements that have helped me a lot. Glutathione, berberine, and alpha lipoic acid.
I've had great results with reducing numbness and brain fog by taking Glutathione, berberine, and alpha lipoic acid. It's been a nice reduction in the neuropathy since taking these supplements. They all have effects that help with what we're going through here. You'd need to read up on any sort of

I need a rant!
Strangely, I had no issues with
acid
reflux
at that point although when I tried Gaviscon just to keep the doctor quiet I experienced for the first time in my life heartburn.

Nausea at night
I've heard peppermint tea can help with nausea but I'm worried it might increase my
acid
reflux
. So far I haven't been officially diagnosed with IBS but have seen a private Gastro Consultant who sent me for a sigmoidoscopy, which came back clear.

Gallbladder removal
Had an endoscopy in April and it came back with very mild, chronic oesophagitis, very mild gastritis and bile
acid
reflux
. I was told nothing much can be done about these things, apart from meds and diet. I’ve been on PPIs and Gaviscon Advance forever and my diet is now extremely limited.

Pandemic woes and lost progress
Hello, Not sure how to start this so I'll guess I'll just start. 2019 was a golden year, lots of friends around, had a great dog, and a couple good flings, it was just a good time all around. However as the year came to an end, two friends moved out of the house, leaving my best friend, dog, cat, and
