Is this subclinical hyperthyroidism?
I recently had a blood test which showed that my
TSH
was 0.27mU/L (0.35.5.5) and T4 was 11.3pmol (10-20). I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor, but does this show that there's potentially an issue with my thyroid? This is all new to me so I would appreciate some help, thank you.

Relevance of TSH vs T3/T4
My
TSH
varies considerably: 1.5 to 3.1 in a number of NHS test but my T4 has been more consistent between 17.4 to 19.1. In two Blue Horizon tests:TSH 1.29 and 4.7 with T4 15 and 14.5 and T3 4.2 and 4.21. So fairly constant T3 and T4 but wildly varying

Side effects after a dose increase?
This was due to a reading of 4.44 on my
TSH
blood test. I stayed on 75 for 12 weeks and then had another test. My
TSH
was around 3.79 so I was given a dose increase to 100. Since the latest increase around a week ago, I have been feeling a little 'out of sorts.'

First lab results after returning to T4 mono therapy. Comments and suggestions welcome.
In previous T4 only days, with a low
TSH
I would've reduced T4 dosage by 12 mcg. So, now, theoretically I should take 75 instead of 88. I used to do well with 40/50 percent ft3/ft4.

T4 Reduction to increase TSH
My
TSH
has been suppressed since 2014 when I had my thyroid removed (cancer) and RAI treatment. I have been discharged by my oncologist and referred to an endocrinologist with instruction to reduce my dose to stop my
TSH
being suppressed.

TSH increase
I recently had blood tests due to feeling really fatigued especially after exercising. I’ve been on levo for 13 years for Hashimoto’s. Levels have been up and down. Last test was 0.75 and I felt fine. That was 9 months ago. Most recent test it was 7.16! No wonder I feel bad. All vits tested on the low

I can't get my thyroxine dose right, can anyone give me advice?
After doing that my
TSH
was still around 6, but I feel completely fine and my muscle symptoms went away. When I was on 100mcg my
TSH
was always at the upper end of the range. I dont know what to do and it's making me stressed. Thanks in advance.

T3 dosing advice
Or with the
TSH
being low would I increase the T3 whilst dropping the levo to 75mcg? I prefer my T4 sitting where it is at 18ish but worried about being "hyper" if I increase T3 and leave the levo dose. Thanx!

Post Thyroidectomy and a confused GP
TSH
8.19 mIU/L (0.570 - 3.600) 251.5% Free T4 (fT4) 12.4 pmol/L (≤ 14) My results are as above , had a call from my GP who doesn’t understand my test results and is referring me to an endo. I’m post RAI (2006) post thyroidectomy (March 2024) on 125 micrograms Levo daily.

Carbimazole causing very short period cycles (+ rapid drop in t4 on low dose)
My T4 was the highest it had been (38 pmol/L ) and my
TSH
less than 0.01 so I agreed to go on a small dose of Carbimazole (10mg per day) Within 5 weeks, my next bloods showed my T4 dropped well into normal (14 pmol/L) though my
TSH
is still less than 0.01.

Strange Result
TSH
0.03 mu/L FT3 5.82 pmol/L 103.87% FT4 15.6 pmol/L 56% Strange decrease in FT4 and slight increase in
TSH
, but a large increase in FT3. I did not experience any hyper symptoms. Is this result likely to be as a result of only taking the increased dose for a very short time?

bone density issues with suppressed tsh
hi all my Dr is concerned at my suppressed
tsh
and wants me to reduce my meds despite my t3/t4 being healthily in range. She says a suppressed
tsh
will increase risk of increased heart rhythms and loss of bone density.

Have broken my brain again, TSH and NICE
No seriously, why do they just look at
TSH
to decide if you are under or over replaced. Where is the actual evidence that suppressed
TSH
is bad, I could understand maybe if I had a thyroid and was relying on it for T4 and therefore suppressed
TSH
would result in what ?

Worried about recent test results
TPO 210 Tg 971
TSH
1.85 T3 3.2 T4 17.3 What could the high tg anti mean? I'm worried about Thyroid cancer since I have never had this befire and I thought that only tpo was linked to autoimmunity.
