Could I be suffering from IBS?
In January 2020, I experienced this cramp in my lower stomach. The cramp turned into a severe stomach back ache to the point where touching my stomach/back was painful and I was throwing up constantly. I went to the hospital and they assumed it was kidney stones (it wasn’t). February comes and I experience

Endometriosis and Pregnancy
A couple of months ago, after 10 years of asking for help for crippling period pain and a whole host of other symptoms, I finally had a doctor take me seriously and was told that she most definitely believes I have endometriosis and referred me to a gynaecologist to have surgery. I had my appointment

Dopomedrone steroid injection.
Hi everyone 3 days ago I received my first Sero-negative diagnosis and was given a Depomedrone 120Mg steroid shot. 72 hours on and I am still very much in pain, does this mean that the steroid injection has not worked and if that is the case is there any other "more reliable" pain killers that will

Help - chronic daily headaches or something more?
Hi all, I’ll attempt to keep this brief and straight to the point. I’m a 23 year old female. Roughly 3 months ago I woke up with a chronic headache, and it hasn’t ever gone away. It is every single day, and doesn’t end - every second, minute, hour - 24/7. My right eye has blurred slightly, there is colour

We are all on our own journey
I feel that Fibro is a term used by Dr’s and Consultants when they can’t pin down an exact cause for the pain that we all experience. They don’t fully understand it yet, although there are many research programmes that are ongoing all the time. Central nerve problems, virus, emotional, are all reasons

Headaches every day for 6 months but unsure if Migraine or not....
I’m hoping someone can relate or recognize! Everyday for the past 6 months I either wake up with a headache behind my right eye/right temple or it comes on during the day. It’s like a pulsating pain where I can still go on with my day most of the time but it’s really hampering my quality of life. I don

Lower left pelvic pain comes every 5 seconds, anyone help?
This started today and is a stabbing like pain every 5 seconds, making me feel a bit nauseous. Pain radiates up into my left chest sometimes. I’ve had abdominal surgery 4 years ago, but have never experienced this stabbing pain. It came on after I did exercise at 2 pm today. Anyone experienced this

Managing endo pain
Hi ☺️ Just wondering if anyone has found a miracle cure for managing endometriosis pain whilst on period 🙏 I get weekly acupuncture, use castor oil packs, take my pain killers days before period is due but nothing seems to be helping manage the pain 😥. Contraception isn't an option at the moment,

W1 completed.....but I nearly didn’t!
Can’t tell you how happy I am to share the fact I have actually completed W1 despite the fact I doubted my ability to take on the challenge of running several times. The weather hasn’t helped either. On my second run, it was -2c and the heavens opened as I was just about to do my first one minute run
