Hi Ladies I am about to start Fulvestrant/Faslodex two injections every 4 weeks. Would like to hear from anyone who has been on this, how did you tolerate it and what about side effects. Thanks in anticipation.

New Interesting Clinical Trials
There are some interesting drugs and clinical trials described below for MBC patients with HER2 positive or "HER2 low" disease (meaning that the patient is officially HER2 negative but has a HER2 IHC score of +1 or +2). This and other cutting edge research (as well as approved therapies in the US, Canada

Galactorrhoea - Still present after being on 100mcg Levothyroxine for 6 months.
Hi, ive had Galactorrhoea (unexplained milk production) for over a year now, since April 2018. In August 2018 i was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and i expected this along with other symptoms to go away. The tiredness has decreased but my weight is not shifting and i can still express a little milk.

change in meds to afinitor & exemestance
Hi again, I was on ibrance & faslodex but the past 3 months my ca 27 29 markers have been climbing 71 to 97 to 109. My Onc is leaving my healthcare system and has set me up with a new Onc. They met before I was seen today, and decided to switch me to Afinitor 5mg and Exemestance 25 mg. My new Onc says

Afinitor and diabetes and other questions.
My metastatic breast cancer has not responded well to Ibrance, Faslodex, and Xgeva. My wbc count tanked/cancer markers soared. She wants to move me to afinitor and aromasin. I am diabetic and worry that the afinitor will mess with my blood sugar. Anyone have any experience with this? Also, as always,

Post Hipec
I had the HIPEC Surgery to help with my ascites back on May 3. I wanted to let you all know my ascites has not returned post surgery. The surgery itself was several hours long and I was in a good deal of pain for a couple of days but it was a blessing that I was able to find a doctor willing to work

14+4, bed rest and bag of emotions
Big bleed on Sunday, diagnosed with a subchorionic haematoma, unfortunately I'm still bleeding - which currently means I'm pretty much on bed rest as I think my Hb levels are now low, I dont want to aggrivate the bleeding and nobody will even entertain me on the phone until Monday if I'm still bleeding

CDK4/6 Treatment After Prior CDK4/6 Failure
Many hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative MBC patients who have undergone endocrine therapy with a CDK4/6 inhibitor have wondered whether taking a CDK4/6 inhibitor after failure with a prior CDK/6 inhibitor might be of any benefit. In an effort to answer this question, two recent studies evaluated

Anyone heard of Piqray?
Hi ladies, So I guess I have reached the end of my journey with Xeloda. I was on it for 9 months and things remained fairly stable but my last MRI showed some growth. Still less than what I started out with but my doctor feels like its time to change. And for all of you who I told that Xeloda side
