Potential underactive thyroid
hi, I’ve had to go private for fertility investigations after loss and have had some more intensive thyroid testing done after the NHS advised no concerns. I’m hoping someone can give me some guidance based on my results as I’m quite lost with what to do/where to go next. TSH levels Oct 2019:

RA Bad in Feet - But Feet Not in DAS - So No New Meds
I’ve had RA for 5 years and been on sulfasalazine and methotrexate, but the ends of both my feet and all the toes are red and swollen and it’s becoming painful to walk. They have been swollen for coming up to 4 years and the Rheumy doctor is pretty sure it’s RA. I’ve tried an anti-TNF inhibitor adalimumab

NSAID's (like Ibuprofen) with Apixaban
Hi I have been on Apixaban for some years, following Persistent AF, now resolved after an ablation in 2020. Like all senior citizens I get bouts of muscle pain. Ibuprofen is not recommended because of the risk of intestinal bleeding, though I have taken it for short periods and it works really well

Test results
Morning, I got my test results from a private test. Can anyone advise if I need a levo increase? I generally feel well apart from hair loss which I've now read can be because my vitamin D is low. My ferritin has decreased after initially rising. No idea why as I'm eating pretty well.

Advice on number of embryos and ERA
Hello! I’m 44 years old and going for my 5th FET. I had one miscarriage at week 9 (first transfer) and 3 chemicals. I’ve got two good quality frozen embryos left (not tested), feels like my last chance. My results on thyroid, haemoglobin, lipis, vitamin D are normal. I’m healthy/sporty with a balanced

I dye my hair as lots of grey. I have my roots done every six weeks. I started going grey about 20 years ago. I have been on B12 every other day for 4 months plus folic and Vit D. I was amazed when my hair appointment popped up for next week because whilst my hair has grown there are virtually

please can I have some advice on my latest results?
Please could I have some advice? These are my results today. I’m on 125mg Levo and 12.5mg t3. I’m still absolutely exhausted, gaining weight and hair falling out, etc. I’ve optimised my b12, ferritin, vit d and folate and am maintaining them at least 75% through range so not sure what to tweak next?

From menopur only to combo stims (menopur & gonal-f) - aged 42
Hi ladies, I'm starting another round and wondered if anyone has had luck on both menopur and gonal-f? For my previous 4 cycles I've only been on menopur. This new Dr said I have many follicles at baseline however not enough eggs retrieved and that with extra FSH from gonal-f I may get more eggs. [b

Zinc and Copper Deficiencies
Hello, All! Well it's always something - isn't it? Before I begin - a refresher - I have AMAG, PA; take B12 sublinguals daily along with 500mg folic acid daily, iron twice a week - low dose, vitamin D daily and thyroid med daily. Because of my inability to absorb B12 I thought maybe other nutrients

Gonal-F protocol - help in understanding dosage...too high/too low/just right???
Hello all, I am 45 years old with AFC of 8, FSH of 9.2 IU/l (1.5-133.4) and AMH of 10.5 pmol/l (0.1-19.3). My doctor is proposing a protocol of 75 of Meriofort + 300 of Gonal-F for the first 4 days and then 375 of Gonal-F. I am wondering what others think of this protocol (if reasonable given my age
