Suspected Vulvadynia? Severe and constant clitoris pain/burning with some pain underneath. All exacerbated by sitting/walking/weeing.
Me and my husband had sex over 6 weeks ago a few days after I began with burning type pain mainly at the front around my clitoris but it did seem to radiate underneath. I began drinking lots of water thinking I have cystitis. 1 week later I saw a GP and although my urine sample was negative to any

I take 10mg of amatripyline for IBS, I have got up this morning with a rash on my neck, not itchy and I feel fine, just wondering if it could be a side effect.

Need advice on getting diagnosis
Hello, I am looking for advice for my sister. In October of 2023 she fell down the stairs and injured her tailbone. She did not go to A and E, which in hindsight was a mistake. At first she was experiencing severe pain in her tailbone/coccyx and could not sit down for very long. After several weeks

Pain/flare up
Although I have probably had IBS symptoms for years and years it has escalated for the past 3 months into something more permanent and painful. Is it usual to have constant pain, or maybe its cramps or spasms, a lot of the time or during a flare up? Although I am on low dose amitriptyline, mebeverine

Ganglion impar block injection
Hi all Have any of you had a ganglion impar block injection? My IBS can't be controlled by the usual medicine including amitriptyline, Pregabalin or Gabapentin. Morphine as pain relief doesn't work either so the pain management Dr is suggesting these injections. If you have had them how did you get on

Probably had fibro for over a decade, new diagnosis few months ago. Bitter/sweet diagnosis, I feel 'seen' in some aspect, having had blood tests etc for years without any suggestion of a reason for feeling widespread pain & low mood/energy. So to get a possible reason, was weirdly somewhat of a validation
