First testing results - would appreciate feedback

Vitamin D
I am sure all of us know about vitamin D (and most likely all of us were vitamin D deficient at least at the onset of MS). Here is another article about vitamin D (article also copied and pasted below): https://www.everydayhealth.com/news/illnesses-linked-vitamin-d-deficiency/?eh_uid=80592249&slot=1&

What vitamins and Supplements are you taking for IVF. I heard vitamin D3 is good for implantation? Your thoughts/experiences? Who is taking Coq10 (ubiqinol)? How do you feel on it?

TSH dropped off the scale - <0.05 ?
Hi all, Thank you for your continued support on here - I have now got more test results, requested by a locum GP (who has now left the practice). I was suffering many of the symptoms of underactive thyroid, but the main problem was joint pain and stiffness to the extent that I couldn't walk, the GP

Help with Vit D3 side effects
Hi Everyone, I'm having an issue and I think it's connected to my Vitamin D3 pills. My Vit D levels have been low, around 52-55, when the range was 50-200 if I am right. GP prescribed my Vitamin D3 cholecalciferol in June, but as summer was starting, I decided it was may be a good idea to skip that

Back/heart spasm and pain
Saw post from Daisy chain and understand how these things can be worrying. Last week I was away on a study break and experienced quite severe pains running from my skull all way down my back. The odd thing is that the pain pulses like my heartbeat. It is excrutiating and I’m bent double until it’s over

PMR/Osteoporosis Update
Hello everyone I have not posted much in the past month since the added Osteoporosis diagnosis but have also been away for a few weeks. The sunshine certainly helped me mentally and I now feel able to cope with the additional diagnosis. Came back from holiday to a letter from my Rheumatologist advising

The SELECT Trial, Selenium & Vitamin D Supplementation.
The SELECT trial (Selenium and Vitamin E Cancer Prevention Trial) [1] opened July 25, 2001. It was the most expensive PCa prevention trial to date. 35,533 men. It is touted by some as the last word on the subject of selenium supplementation (& vitamin E, which I might write about one day). However

Advice about aching arms - could it be thyroxine dose, D3 or iron related?
I've been on 50mg of Levo thyroxine since June 2018 when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I hadn't been aware of any symptoms pre diagnosis but by July I had noticeable weakness in my forearms and since August I've been experiencing constant pain and weakness in my forearms and biceps. My GP is not

Shaky/shivering after starting Armour?
Daughter asked me to check with you folks regarding some symptoms she is having. Refresh - labs show hypothyroid and low vitamin D. She started vitamin D3 5000IU on October 15 and Armour thyroid 30 mg on October 18. She takes it daily at 6am on empty stomach with water and waits to eat/take remaining
