Frequent/recurring UTIs and advice
I'm hoping my wife won't have to be on the low dosage
antibiotics
for life to manage the UTI. And if that was the case, at what point (or under what conditions) does the physician diagnose this to be the remedy to take?

Is hysterectomy my only option?
I was told 12 months ago that I have abcess near ovary and uterus, possibly due to previous infected copper coil. Have had repeated episodes of pelvic pain, hospitalisation, antibiotic treatment. Doctor has now mentioned hysterectomy. I'm waiting for a recent CT scan. Doctor has not mentioned drainage

NHS gastro says SIBO
this week a gastroenterologist confirmed I have SIBO. I have previously had biopsies and other causes of my extreme discomfort have been ruled out - I’m basically healthy. I will take the antibiotic and also the rate of my stomach emptying will be measured - she said if it’s too slow there is a med

Nose sore from 02
Hi all. I have had a nose sore in my right nostril for 2 years now. Has a scab that hurts and is hard to remove. I tried an antibiotic the ENT gave me for over a year never helped. I've got a little bit of Vaseline in it right now. I have my cannula off for just a bit. Can't leave it off for long. But

Help needed please
He went to hospital twice and is just finishing his second round of
antibiotics
. He is due to start treatment asap. How will we know when the infection has gone? The lump is now about 4cms x 3 cms and is not painful any more. He feels very weak and wobbly and doesn’t feel like walking far.
