Are there a nomograms or similar tools that would predict recurrence after IMRT/IGRT (without ADT).
In 2015, I underwent 45 sessions of radiation (no ADT) for a small amount of 3+3 and even smaller amout of 3+4, with a pre-radiation PSA of 1.7. My PSA has stabilized at .2 for the past two years. Can't find any post radiation predictive models or tools.

How long of a delay in treatment is too long? And how does weak urinary flow interface with RT?
I canceled my RP after some of you gently suggested that I get a second opinion from an RO. I will now be treated by Dr. Biagioli at the SMH Radiation Oncology Center here in Sarasota, FL. But I also had a long Zoom consultation with Dr. Pow-Sang, Chair of Uro/Gyn at the highly regarded Moffitt Center

ART Testosterone Therapy in Men w Advanced PCa
...ditto from Dr Morgentaler. Its astonishing that we have been treated with a regime that is based on the published results of one man, 60 years after the fact. Its said that it takes 50 years to get a bad idea out of medicine and 100 to get a good one introduced...I think they were off on the latter

I was diagnosed in 2017 as a G10, details are in my profile, the diagnosis after scans was there was no mets detected. Did 3 weeks of IMRT, LDR Brachy and 2 years of ADT. PSA was always undetectable after first Lupron shot. In Jan 2020 went off ADT and remained undetectable for ~12 months, by Jan

Status at PSA nadir
Hi folks. Here is my latest update of the PSA curve. Note as before that PSA is plotted on a log scale to enable the small changes near nadir. The most recent result is 0.1 - which is the same as 3 months ago. What does this mean?? I have made 3 suggestions for how to interpret this: 1. The curve

PSMA PET showed no recurrence or metastasis. Appointment with rad oncologist next week. Hold off on treatment?
PSA rose from .20 in August of 2022 to .34 in January of 2023. Had RP in 2014, Gleason 8, staged T3a, extracapsular extension, positive margin. Diagnosed with recurrent PC Febuary 2023. Should I wait to have treatment until visible on PET?

TET Testosterone Treatment on Clinical Medicine
Dr Abe Morgentaler interviewed on Grand Rounds on 'Saturation Theory' and testosterone treatment for men with and without prostate cancer. His conclusions are that testosterone above a level of 240-250 ng/ml dont affect progression, or initiation of prostate cancer. If true this makes the need to take
