How can I ease my anxiety about this?
Just thinking of it right now to type this is causing my
adrenaline
to rush. After I realized that specific topic was so triggering, I analyzed it further to figure out what exactly was causing my anxiety.

Pain when walking has started to come back) Also - have feelings of
adrenaline
rush (and rapid heartbeat) after I go to bed which jolt me awake. Stop me from sleeping for quite a while. Is this over-medication do you think? Thank you! :)

T3 Only making heart race at times
I’ve read as per Dr Lowe that this is quite common and the result of t3 making the heart more sensitive to
adrenaline
. But will this effect subside and how long will it take? Do I hold off raising until it’s gone or is it harmless? I’d love Dr Lowes book but it’s astronomical in price.

Good morning all🙂 Today I will get a bit better reducing my anxiety. My anxiety monster is a bit shy this morning. Maybe he is starting to get the picture I don't like him anymore cause he is weird, ugly and whispers lies and what ifs and oh no not agains in my ears. Bring it on cause I can take it

Is Parkinson's disease a lifestyle disease? 1. Parkinsonian lifestyle (higher risk).
(Excerpt from the book I am writing now. I hope you find it useful). Is Parkinson's disease a lifestyle disease? 1. Parkinsonian style (increased risk of developing the disease) I have less and less doubts about the existence of a "Parkinsonian" way of life, which predisposes and increases the risk

First post, advice needed on interpreting blood tests.
The two events were similar at the start ( blood pressure soared, heart palpitations, feeling like rush of
adrenaline
at times, neck and back pains, shaking, hot, cold) although with a slightly different range of other symptoms , and each period of feeling extremely unwell and ‘weird’ lasted three or

T3 too High? Follow up.
I'm aware it may be an
adrenaline
rush. Years ago I had a saliva cortisol test done which was read by a Functional Medicine Doc and - as he put it - your cortisol "is in the toilet". I've just ordered a Medichecks saliva test for cortisol, so we'll see what it says...

New Shoes
So I decided to hold out until the new Brooks GTS
Adrenaline
were released. I changed shop and went to a great independent running shop close to where my parents live. I was visiting family and popped in yesterday. I walked out with a brand new pair of Brooks.

Covid vaccine and AF
What you need to know is that anticoagulation does not preclude having the vaccine and that for now at least the Pfizer vaccine is not reccomended for people who have to self inject
adrenaline
for serious allergies.

I was on

high preaching anyone if you cannot run repeat the week, if you can’t go out do 10 mins workout video. I was literally going for 3 short runs early morning, walk after work and evening before bed runs.

The more homocysteine, the worse the Parkinson's?
"You don't discover new continents if you don't have the courage to lose sight of the old shores." Andre Gide An elevated level of the amino acid homocysteine in the blood is neurotoxic and has been reported as a truly important risk factor for developing Parkinson's, as well as cardiovascular disease

PACs Very Annoying
He tried
adrenaline
to get it to misfire, no bueno. That's the bad thing about PACs ... they have to be happening to ablate them. He said we could try again in 3 months, I know it was a simple procedure (in and out the same day) I'm not sure I want to go through that again.
