Low Zinc
My
zinc
is low. I don't absorb it through my stomach. MY GP has offered NOTHING. Says I'm her only patient with this problem.
Zinc
patches are available online. WHY DOESN'T NHS OFFER THESE! My fury cannot be measured.

Iron plus zinc better for iron deficiency anemia
reading about
zinc
I came across the following article. I mean it focuses on chronic kidney desease but I found this gem of info stating that
zinc
combined with iron is better than iron alone. Now I'm not iron deficient. But I thought this might be interesting for those who are.

Zicam post kidney transplant
I was told a while back that
zinc
in a multivitamin was fine. But, most of the Zicam products now I’ve come across are homeopathic ingredients, not just
zinc
. Looking into for cold.

Magnesium, zinc and calcium
Been advised by a fellow runner to try a supplement of magnesium,
zinc
and calcium. The Onco has no objections. Are there reasons no too? Thank you.

Any recommendations for companies that sell zinc and copper tests?
Last year I did a Blue Horizon which included
zinc
and copper. I need to re test as these were off but BH no longer provides this test.

Pregnacare
I'm looking to add magnesium &
zinc
into my supplement library. Pregnacare looks like it has very low doses of everything anyway. Can someone recommend a folic acid that I should take? I'm thinking of just taking everything I need individually to save me buying them as well.

Eye Supplement Concern
Twice a day ingredients: C = 250 mg, E = 90 mg,
zinc
= 40 mg, copper = 1 mg, Lutein = 5 mg. Except Lutein, all the others are triple digit multiples of recommended daily intake for just 1 dose. One dose
Zinc
at 364% and copper at 111% and E at 600% scared me.
