NGS Test/Next-Generation Sequencing Important to have done.
In May of 2022, with my 15-3 at 70, he wanted to put me in a trial for XL092 alone or with ATEZOLIZUMAB -
Tecentriq
. At this time, I asked for testing to make sure my original dx had not changed. The only test he did was for the P13k mutation, which came back neg.

Should I discontinue Tecentriq/Avastin infusion therapy?
Had one infusion, side effect relentless diarrhea, then no bowel movement for 5 days, with stomach pain that had me near suicidal!Drank 16oz of hot peppermint ginger tea, incontinent for 2 days. Finally stabilized after 7th level of hell. Can't see risking another try.

Oncologist gives me 6 months to a year more of life
Onco suggested I look into combo of Avastin +
Tecentriq
, which present an array of side effects as a trade off to slowing down the liver degradation. Does anyone have experience with this combination of drugs?

CDK 12 mutation and Immunotherapy
I have the CDK12 mutation which is apparently known to be a drug target or to predict sensitivity to Atezolizumab (
Tecentriq
PD-1 Checkpoint Inhibitor), hence there is open Immunotherapy trial called BoB (NCT03767075). I meet the trial doctor next week.

Avastin Infusions & side effects
Hello everyone, I've been on Avastin +
Tecentriq
infusions since 2/21 & doctors say the infusions are working. I have had all the side effects listed & take meds for HBP & high collesterol. However, I suffer fatigue everyday & lack of motivation to go out of the house.

Patient experience of Atezolizumab (Tecentriq)
Atezolizumab (
Tecentriq
) will shortly be assessed by the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) for use in NHSScotland, and we have been invited to provide a Patient Group Submission for the medicine. We are therefore trying to gather some patient experience quotes.

Opdivo immunotherapy
Insurance denied the
Tecentriq
and Avastin combo at last minute so we're going with Opdivo instead. His insurance company is changing at end of month so Oncologist says can always try again for approval with new company. He wanted to start something though ASAP so I guess it's better than nothing.

Anyone have experience with Avastin/Tecentriq
He recommended trying the combination of Avastin and
Tecentriq
immunotherapy as a last option. If Jimmy doesn't do it or if it doesn't work then he's guessing maybe 2 to 4 months left and will start him on hospice. Jimmy said he'll try the treatment.

Anyone here been on tecentriq (atezo) and avastin (bev) for long?
I've not read much in the forum about these two drugs, mostly it seems people are getting pembro. Would love to know how people are getting on if you've been on these two for a long time. How long have you been on it? Any on-going side effects? Have you stopped it? I know the immunos can sometimes

Hello
I have handled the treatments pretty well, but the
tecentriq
causes a lot of stomach issues. It’s really great to find a group of people who are going through this kind of journey. I find it super stressful when it’s time for scans.

DART Trial
His cancer has progressed on multiple chemos and on the immunotherapy
Tecentriq
. I am not hopeful that this trial will benefit him. He does carry the BRCA2 gene. We have Lynparza as our last treatment option. He wants in the trial.
