Struggling Financially with Leukaemia?
I was diagnosed with CLL in July 2013 and had already been registered with Macmillan in 2004 when I had bowel cancer, although at that time I didn't need much help other than problems with stoma bags and local support groups, both of which they helped me with. Financially I was okay being paid by my

Overcoming anxiety about going out
Since I started on immunotherapy in January, I've had a few setbacks. I've had episodes of really bad pain - diverticulitis, I've had to have fluid drained from my lung and around my heart - both made me feel very unwell. I now have atrial fibrilation which seems to be a side issue of lung cancer

Piqray/alpelesib. Oncologists. And various.
Hello all. Photo of Stevie. My little girl is growing up. I’m popping in to say I’ve been told, as of last Friday, I’m doing well on Piqray/Alpelesib and Fulvestrant. (Denocumab/Xgeva monthly) For any of you wondering how this regime is. For me it is going quite well but I must say, I have lost a lot

My diagnosis after 6 years, Lymphoma EMZL, AL Amyloidosis and Myeloma
Hi everyone, It's been some time since I updated my situation after having been told my Lung nodules had grown. I had a lung wedge resection last year July after a biopsy which was terrible. I had infections a couple of times after the surgery. That is when I received the devastating news about my diagnosis

New treatment
2 weeks ago I had liver ablation to remove 3 tumors on my liver. 2 were responding to treatment (anastrozole and kisqali for HER2 neg) and 1 was not. Surgery went well. Biopsy showed that the growing tumor was triple negative. Seemingly the other 2 (breast and hip met) are still HER2 negative. Anyone

"8mm sclerotic focus noted T12 vertebrae within left superior acetabulum"
MO ordered CT Abdomen/pelvis after having a couple blood clots in urine, no blood, about 4 mths ago with several quick sharp pains in bladder area daily since about that time (may be from straining to empty bladder when urinate or kegels). CT no issues noted other than the 8mm sclerotic focus in T12
