So Confused . . . . .
I have been dealing with trying to get my B-12 levels up for about three years now. I also have adrenal fatigue and am so sensitive to drugs, supplements and even some foods. I have tried so many sublingual B-12 tablets and recently tried some injections. Within 10 minutes of the injection I can taste

Muscle Relaxers?
So I think we established that NSAIDs we’re no-gos, with Naproxen the least objectionable and codeine as a possibility for strong pain relief, and paracetamol/acetaminophen for regular pain relief. How about muscle relaxants? Are there any that are safe with Afib? Thanks so much!

Apparently Total T3 doesn't matter?
After a long battle of getting the GP's to check T3, finding it was low and them increasing levo (from 75mg to100mg) - my results are TSH 1.3 (range 0.23-5.6) Free T4 - 18 (range 9-23) Free T3 - 4 (range 3.1-6.8) Total T3 - 1.2 (range 1.3-3.1) Vit D 53 (range 50-139) I've lost my previous results

More research /labelling needed for Vit D supplements
I have had a host of new and totally unexplained incredibly negative symptoms over the past 3 months that have all totally gone since stopping D supplements over the past week - I now realise they started pretty much at the time I started taking the extra pill each day. Never ever crossed my mind that

zinc supplements
hi everyone, I’m back hoping for advice please. I’ve just seen my GP regarding my latest blood tests. Her answer to most of the results are you’re fine they’re in the normal range. My zinc levels are 12.6 umol/L (11.0-24). Should I take zinc supplements at this level? I’m already taking D3+K2 and my

Vitamin D - daily dose?
when I was first diagnosed with PBC my Vit D levels were low so had a high dose supplement which brought levels up to normal range. Bone density scan was OK. With general vitamin supplement and cod liver oil in winter months I take 10 microg of Vit D. I would be interested to hear how much anyone else

Advice on treatment next steps (before IVF)
Hello, I’m relatively early in my treatment journey but already thinking about next steps, so it would be great to hear from anyone who has been on a journey. I’m on round three of a medicated cycle (letrozole +HCG shot + cyclogest pessaries) to treat a luteal phase defect. My husband has normal sperm

Never ending problems
I am going to moan - big time - because I am getting to the point where I don't know which way to turn. I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis, Arthritis, Pernicious Anaemia, Hypertension, Coeliac disease and now some unexplained kidney problem. I have had an MRI which has shown a problem but I don't know what

Is this ‘normal’ or should I bite the bullet and get a doc appointment?
Last October I was admitted to hospital with sepsis, thought to be due to a kidney abscess, later diagnosed as kidney cancer. The kidney was removed last December, they got it all and other than monitoring there’s no further treatment needed. I had a CT scan between the sepsis and op, for staging.
