Wild Swing In PSA
M post-RP has been hovering around the range of 0.08 to 0.12 since November. I tested at 0.10 on 4/3/23. Tested again on 4/19/23 at 0.5. It was a huge jump within a short period, so I retested the following day and the number came back at 0.16. Still a record high, but much lower than the day before

Initial PSA drop after 3 months on Lupron
I stared Lupron 1/17/23 and IMRT on 3/21/23 Got my first PSA test today and was 0.14 (was 18 before the injection). This is 3 months after the Lupron shot. It seems OK to me based on what I have read - would like to see it below 0.1 after 4 or 5 months - correct? Anyone with similar experience

Hey, I have been suffering since dec 19 with Hematospermia. I done many tests, including a biopsy in jul 20, and PSA tests along the way. Took a very strong antibiotic, which messed up my digestive system, making it slower than it was. Anyway, this this has still not disappeared. It's not painful. Is

First PSA result after treatment
My dads original PSA was 39 before treatment. He is stage 4 (4+3 Gleason) and cancer spread to some local lymph nodes and one intra-abdoninal lymph node, making it stage VI. No bone spread. My father completed 44 rounds of radiation treatment 1 month ago. A very arduous journey of exhaustion. Had

What follows Lupron and Zytiga?
Hi- I am 10+ years on Lupron and Zytiga (aberaterone), which included 3 vacations during first 5 years. Left hip was radiated (a 2nd time) last June when PSA started to rise (to low numbers) after scan showed my largest tumor, located in my left acetabulum, was “active”. PSA returned to <.05 once again

PSA: Medication Tracking App
Having been in a clinical trial these past four months, two things have been a problem: 1) I have to take several medications a day, some with varying doses and timing 2) The trial team has discouraged use of weekly pill dispensers/containers due to drug custody and safety issues This makes remembering

Consulting on next steps
As I am 10 months PSA undetectable and clear on basic bone scans I have started the process of consultation re staying on ADT (zoladex) and Apalutamide continuously or moving to intermittent (and what would that involve) or getting more treatment (J591 for example aimed at micromets). Following consult
