Pouring down rain here most of the morning - glad I don't need to water any plants or vegetables for a day or two. Still dealing with my lower back issues but it seems better today for some unknown reason. I remain hopeful it will continue to improve...

I just wanted to check in to see how everyone is doing? Any one struggling with anything special this past week or so? Don't ever feel you are complaining if you post anything about how awful you feel or how badly your day is going - for whatever reason. I've said it before that I can guarantee that someone else feels the same way. You are not alone.

Knowing that someone feels the same way can be so validating. You aren't crazy and you aren't the only one who feels this particular way.

There is sunshine here now and a good washing day. Taken down some curtain for handwash and my hip is now giving me jip. Osteoporosis can go hand in glove with PBC and I would recommend that people remember to ask their specialist for the necessary scans.

Thank you for your kind words.. my back is finally getting better. You are so right about osteo being so common with PBC. Good advice to every one to get their bone density scans. I need to take my curtains down and wash them too. Thanks for the reminder!
