I am 76 , getting second hip replacement though no symptoms, started walking Big difference Feel great!!!, lost 35 pounds, improved mood,, Very minimal stiffness, resolves with walking!!! Had severe Sciatica, resolved with PT and walking, meds never helped. Motivated, !!! Will gradually resume walking distance after surgery. Also ding some exercises for hip before and after and after surgery. P. A surprised at no symptoms, I think walking made the difference!!! I will continue, can’t reccomend it more.
