I’m currently dealing with a diagnosis of myositis.(Diagnosed September 2019) My medical team have prescribed numerous medications for eighteen months. However the improvement in my health and general well being has been minimal. I’m currently doing physio therapy a few times a week but my lower abdomen and legs, especially thigh muscles, are still quite considerably weakened. Any top tips rooted in holistic health choices or dietary choices will be very welcome indeed. Many thanks everyone.
