I’m sorry

I’m sorry that I’ve caused a lot of annoyance and frustration . I’ve realized how irresponsible I am now since I keep complaining in every posts I make and I can see why people are getting exhausted from it. I’m sorry

What are you talking about? This is a place, a rare place at that, where you can post what you're going through without judgement. It's by getting these things off your chest that helps figure the best way for you to then navigate it. Complaining, sadly, is par for the course if you're going through depression; it's part of figuring out the whole situation and navigation process. I'm at work right now so I can't go through everything from your last few posts to see if what you're saying is accurate; don't need to. Because I'm willing to wager that this feeling you have is similar to the ones I've had about myself. Where you feel you're a bad person for speaking up. Where you feel like you take up too much space. Where you would rather be invisible or non-existent to save others the 'trouble' you're causing them. You're causing no trouble at all. By trying to address everything you're going through you ARE being responsible. Sadly a lot of people with these sorts of issues never take that kind of responsibility. You are not doing any of that at all😁. Be kind to yourself, or at least be accurate😉. You're not a bother; people will be here to support you.

Ditto to what everyone else has said. This is a safe place to speak our minds and vent when we need to.

That's what this place is for, to be able to honestly and freely talk about their stuff, guilt free and no apology needed. Work away. We try to be kind, share our own stuff, and take what we need and leave the rest. It's all a work in progress.

I haven't seen anyone complaining about you or your posts? This is something you are assuming and your thing - not ours. This is an anxiety and depression site and we all complain and look for support and help.

You carry on posting and we will carry on encouraging and supporting you as much as we can. If you want to give back then help someone else too if you can. If not then no probs.

please don’t apologize for anything. I love this group and it’s a soft spot to land and also a safe place to express yourself freely. That’s what we’re all here for and nobody stands in judgment. I am so glad that I found this group.
