Indapamide and stomach bloating
Hi, I suffer from high BP and am now on my fourth tablet. Amlodipine and felodipine made me swell everywhere, Lercanidipine gave me an all over body rash, now I'm trying 2.5mg Indapamide. Started taking it 6 days ago and from day 3 I've been suffering with a hard bloated stomach, anyone else suffered

radiation proctitis follow up
Saw my GI doc about my persistent bleeding and clots, now accompanied by mucus, urgency, and irregular bm’s. He has scheduled another colonoscopy next week to rule out any other source of my issues. At the same time he will do Radio Frequency Ablation assuming no other source of symptoms is found.

More curious ponderings - hypochlorhydria
I have another curious pondering if anyone is interested to chip in... Is it correct that PA is a consequence of low stomach acid? And perhaps, as we all invariably age, the stomach is unable to produce enough acid to transport B12 or create IFAB's? I only ask because, after two years of analysing

Fighting a virus
My wife and I recently had a possibly surprising experience with a virus that broke through our previously robust biosecurity measures. When I went down with it, I had a slightly raised temperature (briefly + 2°C, but mostly only about 1°C above 'normal') and felt a bit ill for a few days - but was

Morning Misery
Does anyone else have the following symptoms with their IBS? As soon as I wake up I need to get to the loo quickly and usually pass a normal stool. This is followed shortly after by explosive loose unformed stool. Some days this can happen about five times. It makes me so nervous about going out

IBS Constipation
Anyone advice on my constipation problem, I feel I need a stool softener, but anything I try massively increases bloating and pain. As everyone knows on here it’s hard to live with. Thanks.

radiation proctitis
I am almost 3 years out from radiation therapy and I’m still suffering from symptoms of radiation proctitis. I did have it confirmed by colonoscopy about a year and a half ago, at that time the gastroenterologist told me he thought it would resolve eventually but it persists. Have any of you had G.I
