Abnormal ECG Myocarditis
I’ve had a few
electrocardiogram
tests done and the results have all been irregular. I had another test today and hoped I might see an improvement, but no change. For people who have experience with myocarditis, is an irregular ECG common with Myocarditis? Any help would be much appreciated.

Echo results and beside myself with worry...
Went to GP who diagnosed a heart murmur and sent me for
Electrocardiogram
, which came back normal. I had an Echocardiogram this past Saturday, logged into my NHS app early yesterday evening, and the results/ letter from the radiographer were there to view.

Unstable Angina - Carotid ultrasound scan?
I went to A&E and had standard same day tests including
electrocardiogram
, chest Xray, bloods (troponin etc). Everything was negative but they're treating it as angina, have prescribed aspirin and GTN and are referring me for a MIBI scan.

So at my last visit to the cardiologist, he did an
electrocardiogram
and said it looks like my heart isn't relaxing as much as it should between beats, and this medication is supposed to help that. Normally it's prescribed for congestive heart failure, but he said my heart "looks great".

ZERO stamina 3 years after AVR
The cardiologist said my "heart looks great" after a recent
electrocardiogram
, and my blood work comes back normal, no diabetes. So, it's a big mystery, basically. I have gained about 30 pounds since the operation, but it doesn't seem like the effect of that would be this severe.

Kardia EKG - the answer to my worries over my palpitations and heart racing!
3) I googled it and found this supportive study regards to accuracy
: https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/mtg64/chapter/3-Evidence
It includes gems like this:
“Evidence suggests that the KardiaMobile algorithm has a high diagnostic accuracy per
electrocardiogram
(ECG) recording.”

Constant anxiety since Atrial flutter diagnosis
An
electrocardiogram
a few months later showed no obvious problem with my heart. I felt terrible on the beta blockers, totally wiped me out and I reduced to 1.25. After 4 months the nurse said I could come off them and I was discharged from the clinic.

Palpitations/Arrhythmias safe/unsafe limits
So my problems still continuing, but at least I know from the angiogram done Dec 2023, my heart is clear of blockages, but I have some furring of the arteries Does anyone know what are the safe/unsafe limits for palpitations/arrhythmias, which I'm currently experiencing. So from the beginning of May

Time between Afib trigger & episode
Hi all, I've very recently been diagnosed with Afib (thanks, Apple Watch for highlighting the problem I'd never heard of) and have been to the GP/hospital since February to get a proper diagnosis. So far all my results are showing normal (blood pressure, Echo, blood tests, that sort of thing). ECG did

Angina
Hi everyone. Over a few years, my nana, uncle and nephew died young of heart failure and my brother is waiting to have 4 stents put in. For about a year I have had chest pains on and off and I informed the gp that heart failure ran in my family on my mums side. They said everything was normal. But in

Hi Everyone and thanks for all your replys to my previous post. My Wife ended up phoning for an Ambulance at 01:30 this morning as I couldn't breathe or feel my legs. I used my GTN SPRAY but didn't help. Anyway the Ambulance man was brilliant he did all the checks and was talking to my wife about me.

Dronenadrone and Bisoprolol
Hi all Is anyone else on Bisoprolol alongside Dronenadrone (Multaq)? The Multaq has been very successful to date at reducing my AF burden to 2% or less every week measured via Apple Watch Series 8. After a 24 hour ecg holter my cardiologist thinks that I have an arrythmia called SVT (Super Ventricula

ER visit vomiting and diarrhea and heartbeats
Addition to earlier post about ER, etc. Before the ER visit I I had been experiencing pounding heart after some regular activities. EKG didn’t show anything the doctor didn’t talk to me about any tests they did. At the ER the rate was slightly above 100. They kept me until it was below

Personal Device to buy for 24hr home ECG.
I had a pulmonary vein isolation procedure 2 years ago for paroxysmal SVT/ ectopics. Been in NSR for two years 😊. Since having Covid booster 6 weeks ago had a return of arrhythmias and SOBE. So back on Apixaban ( had some at home and GP Px some more). Over last few days no daytime arrhythmias 👍, but

Update to ‘Waiting List’ post - cardiology appointment
This morning I had my cardiology appointment re my development of Left Bundle Branch Block. After the usual procedure - ECG, height, weight, BP, oxygen - I was called in to see the cardiologist, who, I have to say, I didn’t take to. I realise it’s sheer old fashioned prejudice but in a situation that

Unusual prescription?
Hoping this is the right forum... Hi all, I'm 73 with no weight, diabetes or BP ailments. A CT scan at a Targeted Lung Check last year revealed mild emphysema and "coronary artery calcification". The ensuing ECG indicated heart block (LAFB). Following an ultrasound last Thursday, I was prescribed these
