Ofsted - tick, pasty - tick, chocolate - tick, pub- tick wine - tick, successful run - tick.
A couple of days ago I posted a bit of a whinge about Ofsted being due at our day nursery, having a bug, and feeling rubbish when running etc. Anyway.... Ofsted came on Tuesday and we are extremely happy, I mean really extremely happy, you might say we were the happiest it is possible to be about the

Middlesbrough 10K Completed ;o)
Hi All (apologies for the long post) I’ve done it! I’ve ran in my first ever officially organised run and I loved it ;o) This morning I ran in the Middlesbrough Tees Pride 10K and it just so happened to be the 10th Anniversary this year of my local 10k. As some of you may know, I nearly had to

Possibly extra things to try...?
And I have
adrenaline
(epi-pens) for very severe attacks. I've sometimes had ipratropium nebs in hospital, and I met someone in hospital with asthma similar to mine who uses
adrenaline
nebs and finds them really useful.

Constantly exhausted despite 10+ years on levo
He gave me
adrenaline
dental injection. I've been on levo 10+ years now with little improvement in energy. Very tired nowadays just work and sleep but even that difficult. I also have vitiligo on hands and feet.

Day 2 on steroids...Is this normal?
I couldn't sleep last night because I could feel
adrenaline
coursing through me, despite being tired at 1am I was still wide awake and hyper. I feel like I am on a lot of cocaine or something! Normal? Just stick with it and continue taking?

I am buzzing with
adrenaline
. It starts a little slowly until we get to the start line but then speeds up. Daughter says slow down and I do, a few times until she decides to walk a bit. She is breastfeeding so it is best she goes at her own pace. I go on ahead.

Why do I get nervous before a run?
I'm going to do Week 6 day 2 in half an hour, and already I'm getting the
adrenaline
and feeling a bit shaky. No idea why this is - I've done this day before (repeating week 6 as I failed day 3) so I should be feeling confident and fine. I even like running so why do I feel so bad just beforehand?

Travelling with health anxiety
However, whenever I have anxiety it always hits my chest - causing palpitations,
adrenaline
surges causing racing heart rate etc. I am always very aware of where the nearest hospital is, just in case.

You must be mad, your Mum would be proud
Well apprently we weren't being invaded by aliens and in the end it was a bit of a pathetic storm but the surge of
adrenaline
meant I had a really restless sleep and woke up at 9am very groggy and obviously too late to head to parkrun.

Quitting smoking and weight gain
Immediately after a puff of nicotine there is a rush of
adrenaline
which causes the liver to release glycogen (sugar) which raises the blood sugar levels slightly. Remove nicotine and your body slows down your metabolism. You are expending fewer calories.

Hi
I have been following Michelle's blog & radio programs for a few months. I have come to understand my symptoms as a brain disorder from trauma rather than the shame & gult I experienced growing up in an abusive dysfunctional family where I was sexually abused starting when I was around 4. When I started

A SPOT OF 5K EXERCISE!
I suppose with parkrun the
adrenaline
flows more freely, there's a "tow" effect and also the mental frame of mind "I'm not gonna let people pass me"!! When you're flying solo as I was this morning, there's bound to be a difference.

It is the

capital of the world; I plan to sky dive, bungee jump, white-water raft and most importantly, ski.
