Hello everyone. I have not been on here in a very long time. I apologize to those of you whom privately messaged me as for some reason i cannot respond privately. hachiko let me answer you. I have never seen a bad review of ashwagandha root for hashismotos. I have been taking pure organic ashwagandha root since June. I stopped once for a month or so. They advice you to take a break. It does take some time to build up in your system. I have had some great improvements with it. They advise 2 pills a day ( i take capsules filled with the liquid extract) though only one a day. after taking it 6 months i took a break and then went back. I know someone else with HASHIS and she takes a combo herb. There are different adaptogen herbs that work well. Do some research for yourself, she takes one that is a combo of 3 different ones that works well for her. LAHs thank you for the info. I will keep it but i am much better on NDT than synthetic combo for sure. Yaseen_173 I buy GAIA herbs single herb ASHwagandha root. I only take 1 daily though. You can do 2 daily, 1 morning and 1 evening. I have had great improvements with it because it supports adrenals. Research shows people with auto immune disease need adrenal support most of the time. I have a friend who takes a 3 herb combo though she likes. All in all research some adaptogen herbs and try them out to see what you like. GAIA is organic pure herb ashwagandha root and they make it into a liquid and fill the capsules. Great company. Hidden I am posting an update on my findings on my next post. Found out a lot with the armour thyroid to answer your questions.
