Vitamin D and AF
Participants who took 1,600 IU/day of
vitamin
D3
saw a 27% lower risk, although those on 3,200 IU/day did not see a statistically significant reduction. 2. Deficiency Risks: Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to an increased risk of AF.

A newbie question about vitamin D3
Before discovering compression fractures due to osteoporosis, I was taking various vitamin supplements. ( this is going to sound like I’m a hypochondriac, but I was trying to stay healthy). I had Garlic tablets, Glucosamine& Chondroitin, vit B, vit D3 and zinc. After my DEXA scan, my old GP put me on

Tooth Extraction delayed because of risks while on Alendronic Acid
I’m taking high strength
Vitamin
D3
4000 and
Vitamin
K2 MK-7 200 3 times a week. Should I now take these daily? I also have 150 mls of Greek Yogurt per day. I am now on 7mg steroids daily, tapering slowly from 20mg when diagnosed with PMR May 2023.

Does anyone know dosage for vitamin D3 and Coenzyme Q10??
At my appointment last week my consultant suggested I start taking
vitamin
D3
and Coenzyme Q10. However he didn't give a dosage and I didn't think to ask. He is on holiday in August so I'm stuck till he is back. Has anyone else been told to try this, and what amount?

However, only once I started taking 20ng of
Vitamin
D3
on a daily basis, in addition to a consistant intake of D2 in my diet, coupled with regular use of Shea-based body butters and shampoos, that I started seeing remarkle results!

Calcium, confused
Should l continue to take calcium with
vitamin
d3
and k2, or just
vitamin
d3
and k2, or none at all? My PSA level for 18mths has remained at 0.01 so the urologist said no more biclutamide and Eligard. Continue with supplements or stop?

Maddening Contradictory Advice
Meanwhile, I keep reading about how too much Calcium and
Vitamin
D3
not only causes/feeds Prostate Cancer, but also risks causing problematic artery calcification (history of cardiac concerns). Injectables like Prolia for bone density appear to be both financially and side effects toxic too.
