Vitamin B6 Toxicity: Available Testing of B6 Plasma Level Does NOT Tell You What You Need to Know

Background
: Vitamin B6 participates as a coenzyme in over 100 different biochemical reactions. When it does so it is converted to the inactive form, pyridoxine. The body contains a recycling loop that restores the pyridoxine to the active form, P5P. Vitamin B2 is required for this process

low levels of T4 & T3 on 3 grains of NDT
Dear all, Again I need some help with my blood tests interpretation and further steps. I’m currently on 3 grains of thyroid-s and my results are as shown on the table below. Both FT3 & FT4 levels are not satisfactory. Could this be because of the low levels of ferritin, D3 and B12? Or do I need to

Ketones inhibit PCa, in the lab of course, but still...
Just came across an article about this study from Duke researchers. Interesting possibility for dietary intervention? Researchers stress that it's not about the diet, but presence of ketones.

Help with introduction of T3 please…..
Good morning, I would truly love some guidance on how best to introduce T3. My private endo has now prescribed T3 to commence with 5mcg twice a day. He would like me to drop my levo from 100 to 75 at the same time. I am trialing T3 due to poor conversion and all the usual symptoms which accompany

Anyone else been given Aristo Thyroxine
HI, My last lot of Thyroxine is the Brand Aristo. I have not taken it before, so I am giving it a try. I can't take Teva as it makes me very poorly. I had been feeling really good, I had a blood test and got my results the beginning of January and they were okay. I am also not due my next b12

Endo agreed to adjust T3 to even, regular dosing.
Further to my previous post regarding the endocrinologist increasing my T3 from 10mcg x twice daily to 20mcg x1 daily, Mon, Wed, Fri only, and rest remaining at 10mcg.I thought this was odd, and posted on this forum. Some replied, saying this was not right. I sent an email to my endocrinologist on 16th
