Is my diagnosis of Periodic Limb Movement Disorder Correct?
My
sleep

is very very good indeed. I am 61 years old and a Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher with an extremely active lifestyle. Is there anything else I can do to help myself? Thank you in anticipation for your help.

ADHD Spiral- Sleep Hygiene
hi! My ADHD has blown up since starting grad school and now I never wanna go to bed at a reasonable time. I need sleep regularity in my life in order to function at my best (as does everyone else). I’ll get up to take a shower, and I end up finding little things I need to “just do really quick” and

My
sleep
hygiene
is good. We black out our entire house at night, literally hanging black shades over the windows. I’m out of ideas and the anxiety. This has all caused, I think makes my RLS worse.

A small journey... and a tip to share
I practiced good
sleep
hygiene
but was not really getting anywhere (around 3-4 hr every other day). After doing some research I found that there is a NICE approved insomnia drug (> 3month lack of sleep) called Daridorexant which is recommended for longer term use.

Withdrawal from Mirapexin.
I had got my Mirapexin down to 1/4 of a tab and stopped taking it Friday. I was on a low dose, 0.26 mg fir 6 yrs. The 3 days since then have been a nightmare. I cannot sit or stand just have to walk. Have some respite in the mornings. I am taking Tramadol. Should I re introduce the 1/4 tab until I can

Clonazepam and anxiety.
Does anyone have experience with clonazepam for 'off' period anxiety? Or positive results with other medications? My PWP suffers at times with severe anxiety and fear that seems to interfere with the efficacy of her madopar doses (175mg 5 times a day). She's off more than on at present.

*Long Read Warning* How do you know if you’re getting better mentally?
Just need to vent, if you read this and commented thankyou, it helps getting another perspective on the situation. Male, 20 Parents went through a divorce in 2022 and it was ugly to say the least. (Mom was an alcoholic, dad was a cop and emotionally distant due to his Mexican culture and upbringing

Started on Digoxin .25 daily for past six days and cut Lopressor down to 25 twice a day. Am going to try to wean off. HR 80-110. Generally do not feel well and am going to revisit ablation. I had blurring of vision and dizziness on higher doses of Lopressor alone. Last cardioversion only lasted
