Frequent urination at night
my husband has frequent urination at night and his doctor prescribed
Silodosin
8mg. It hasn’t made much of a difference, so now he wants to add mybetriq 25mg. There is no generic and it’s $262/mo. That is with his Part D plan. Has anyone used this medication and did it help?

Silodosin, Frequent Urination and PCa
In addition, one study I came across indicates
Silodosin
inhibits prostate cancer cell. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26864615/ Just curious if others are using this medication and their experiences with it.

TRUP vs. alternatives
Alpha blockers include: alfuzosin (Uroxatral) doxazosin (Cardura)
silodosin
(Rapaflo) tamsulosin (Flomax) terazosin (Hytrin) 5-alpha reductase inhibitors for BPH This type of medication reduces the size of the prostate gland by blocking hormones that spur the growth of your prostate gland.

Issues 3 months post EBRT (5 months post HDR Brachy)
Started to wein off the
silodosin
, and kept taking 10mg Cialis almost daily. Just before Christmas I started to notice a slight burning throughout urination. I had a urine culture done, which came up negative.

Dry Orgasms and retrograde ejaculation Ouch!
I just finished 30 LDR about a week and half ago and still on
Silodosin
4mg twice a day. I've started mastrbate again recently and have been having groin pain after each session. Has anyone experience this side affects and will it get better? Dan58
