Hi All my daughter had "right percutaneous stereotactic radiofrequency
rhizotomy
"done. Poor girl seems to be in more pain than ever. She now suffers from constant headache and painful teeth. Does she need to be patient for healing to take place?is this normal after procedure?

rhizotomy
About 10 - 11 weeks after this
rhizotomy
, I began to feel much better & the pain had most definitely eased. What I am now wondering is if this procedure did actually work but took longer for me to get relief from the pain?

Facet Rhizotomy
Has anyone had this procedure for chronic low back pain? I had a test one done and it was wonderful afterwards. I cant lift even a water bottle now without pain. I did go to a back surgeon first and he suggested this procedure.

Spasticity (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy)
Got this... http://thejupital.com/lottery-winners-pay-for-revolutionary-operation/ I'd never heard of Selective Dorsal
Rhizotomy
before. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0051845/ Used primarily for children with Cerebral Palsy, I believe.

He then applied to the St Louis Children's Hospital in Missouri, which accepted that Lily would benefit from having Selective Dorsal

Brave girl with cerebral palsy needs help :D
But the selective dorsal
rhizotomy
procedure is not available on the NHS in the Midlands, and her family are determined to raise the vital funds themselves, so Leah can have the operation in Liverpool or Bristol.
