combining standard PCA care with alternative care
Today my alternative treatment is Clioquinol + Zinc, Ivermectin,
Quercetin
, Myomin, Copper, berberine . If you are castration resistant why not give it a try? Termination or treatment, your choice.

Possible histamine related allergy NDT
Taking
quercetin
helps with allergic reactions and I have been eating a lot of
quercetin
containing apples to try and calm things down. Also bought some liposomal
quercetin
which I haven't tried yet. Any input very gratefully received, brainfog very severe and am running out of ideas.

Senolytics - “senolytic” drugs, dasatinib (D) and quercetin (Q) disapointing results in small test- Peter Attia
Of these “senolytic” drugs, currently the best-characterized are dasatinib (D) – an FDA-approved medication for treating certain types of leukemia – and
quercetin
(Q), a flavonoid compound naturally found in many fruits and vegetables.

MCAS, but possible Masto?
I take fexofenadine, montelukast, famotidine and
quercetin
at present for stabilisation. I have what looks like a petechial rash all over my abdomen, and on other areas of my body. I am concerned that it is TMEP or Masto.

10 years of constant pain.....
Quercetin
, vit c, bone broth, omega 3, magnesium malat, b9 and Q10 (cuz these two were low in bloodtest), and will start NAC soon. And ibuprofen on period days and when the hadacge is unbareable. My additional questions would be: - can I improve by adding iodine, if so how to do it safely?

foods to eat for longevity
It’s dropping because there’s an enzymatic imbalance that’s associated with aging and flab and ways like
Quercetin
have been shown to activate this longevity gene that naturally boost nad plus levels. So I just think it’s a more elegant in rational way.

Colchicine and Inflammation Revisited
My supplements that have anti-inflammatory actions include:
Quercetin
, Fisetin, Resveratrol, Co Q10, Alpha-lipoic acid, Curcumin, ECGC, Sulforaphane, Omega3 FAs, Melatonin and Pro-biotics. Perhaps I will consider adding low dose colchicine.
