Anyone here with Stage 4 PCA Received Lu-177 Pluvicto and had Germline or Genectic Mutations? Any Research on this to compel treatment?
I have yet to find what reaction and or results occur with men that are Stage 4 PCA that Received Lu-177
Pluvicto
and had Germline or Genectic Mutations. Any Research on this to compel treatment?

Rising ALP and declining PSA
I am on Xtandi as last ditch effort after Zytiga and
Pluvicto
eventually failed. After starting I have declining PSA but dramatically rising ALP. Any thoughts on what this means? Thanks all.

Last Pluvicto injection
Hubby is very happy to be finished with his 6th injection of
Pluvicto
tomorrow. The long drive to and from the hospital was so time consuming and tiresome. What's next? The next psma pet will tell the story....

Wondering if he’s strong enough to do both radiation and
Pluvicto
at the same time?? Anyone else deal with this?

Pluvicto and low Hemoglobin
My question is will the
pluvicto
eventually leave the bones and will he be able to produce red blood cells on his own? If so how long will it take? Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thank you

Pluvicto Question
My MO told me I was a good candidate for
Pluvicto
, so, three months after finishing Taxotere, I started that therapy. Today, I am 3 weeks out from my second treatment. I feel like I was hit by a truck. I am SO fatigued today. I also have a terrible appetite.

Pluvicto hacks?
I’ll likely be starting
Pluvicto
treatments soon, and am looking for advice/suggestions to help minimize damage to healthy organs/tissues which normally have PSMA avidity. Primary the salivary glands, but kidneys and liver too.

Pluvicto and prostate cancer in the bone (spine)
I have heard the
Pluvicto
is not the best solution for cancer in the bone due to red blood cell count declining. Does anyone have thoughts on this? thank you. Jim

Spot Radiation before Pluvicto?
What about hitting the T12 tumor with spot radiation soon to slow the thing down for several months (hopefully) and start
Pluvicto
in late summer so Mr. S21 can better enjoy the summer in case
Pluvicto
proves to be debilitating?

BAT and Pluvicto?
Docetaxel has failed and I am now waiting to hear if insurance will cover
Pluvicto
. Any thoughts on starting BAT now in case
Pluvicto
doesn’t happen? Can you do both at the same time? I don’t think this has been studied. Can’t find anything on it anyway.

Pluvicto Question
Just had third
Pluvicto
in fusion and Spect scan today and got results. Not sure what this means. If the findings are similar compared to the last scan why does this indicate"technically successful" therapy.

Failed Pluvicto
Had a good run on Zytiga and all the usual other treatments, but just failed last ditch treatment of
Pluvicto
(after treatment 3). Did genetic testing and no significant mutations.

PLUVICTO.................
Getting ready for my 5th infusion of
Pluvicto
. The side effects usually ground me for two to three weeks, and i always say that i am through, and can't stand anymore. When i started, my PSA was 42 + a point. It went down to 22+ a point and as of today it is 10.6.

Pluvicto and microbiome
It’s been 12 days since my first
Pluvicto
treatment and I’m wondering if it might have or still be seriously challenging my gut bacteria. Constant lower GI discomfort/pain with much more gas than usual and exceptionally rank odor for flatulence and feces(sorry if that’s TMI).

Skull Metastasis
My recent PSMA PET scan an d probably confirmed by SPECT scans after
Pluvicto
show bone metastasis in my skull as well as in other bones (one of which has an SUV of 38) and which was quite painful before
Pluvicto
but has lessened quite a lot in pain level.

Pluvicto and vomiting
anyone else have that side effect? I had my first injection exactly one week ago. I didn’t notice any side effects, but two days ago I had the dry heaves, and today a couple of full vomits. Funny that I had no food this morning and only cup of water for meds. Followed by some Pepto-Bismol, 1 hour later

Pluvicto pain
my father has undergone 3 infusions of
Pluvicto
. He has psma and fdg completed with no significant discordance. I understand tumour flare tends to occur within the first week after infusion but he tends to have more discomfort towards the end of the cycle.

BAT treatment
Looks like this is the next step for hubby as LU177
Pluvicto
6 treatments completed. Unfortunately PSA has doubled, so going to try a reverse approach suggested by our Urologist. John Hopkins was the study trial location. Hubby would be our urologist first patient to try this.
