Organising my private blood test
Hi, I did a Blue Horizon , Thyroid Premium Gold finger prick test this morning and didn’t get enough blood despite trying 2 fingers. I might have done it incorrectly, maybe I needed to hold fingertip above the container rather than on the opening . I usually hold on the opening but this container

Phobias
I'm newly diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 43 and remember that I've had almost every phobia known to humankind. Social, heights, claustrophobia, drowning, embarrassment, etc. I got the impression that many people with ADHD were impulsive and brave. I don't think I can relate to the brave part. Is this

Tips for 2ww anxiety
Hi, I'm starting progynova tomorrow ready for my first FET. I found when I did the fresh round that I got quite anxious and stressed in the 2ww. I'm sure I've read on here that people have used some mindfulness or meditation apps while going through IVF. Has anyone got any recommendations for which apps

Maybe drifting back to normal driving?
As I said in a previous post, I had a sort of setback and felt I wasn't improving in my driving phobia. But the last couple of days, I've felt like I've been driving more normally, not perfect, and not having mastered any specific responses or approaches, just as though the fearfulness is ebbing a bit

Just need to vent…
I received a letter from my long-term disability insurance provider. They were letting me know that due to the fact that I have a mental health diagnosis on the account they are limited to only paying me for the next two years. However the representative said that if I had a ‘real medical diagnosis’

Stomach issues
Hi Everyone I am having problems with stomach pains over the, last 3 weeks but did go off for several days now worse though. It can be one of the side effects from tocilizumab but I have been in out about 5 months now so would it have started before now if it is the tocilizumab? Also on other DMARDS

When to increase dosage of Carbidopa/Levodopa
Husband had an appointment with his neurologist a few weeks ago. Hubby does not have tremors and dr. stated he couldn't tell if hubby was getting any worse. Also asked him if he was depressed and he responded no. Neurologist said well you can up your dosage of Carbidopa/Levodopa - do you want to do
