And every time I take
magnesium
I feel a lot better as well. Also I know you’re supposed to slow your Caffeine intake with anxiety but I feel like I need it at times to get my day going.

Fasting morning of blood test
he said he'd ask for B12, D, Folate, Ferritin, Calcium,
Magnesium
, and a few others, which seemed to cover a list I had made from this forum. So I am feeling reasonably confident that he and I can work together to get me as well as poss.

Detecting Magnesium deficiency
Hi All, I read an interesting link shared by namaha earlier that low levels of
magnesium
might be one the reasons for T2D. I would like to know if any one has found out a way to know your accurate(almost) Mg levels.

Irregular tinnitus.Constant high pitched sound of overhead electric cables
It comes and goes for no specific reason or triggers .Sometimes virtually no tinnitus at all and other times very distracting.I started taking 1 a day
magnesium
citrate 400mg with added vitamin B6 and 12 a few months ago .I think that may be helping slightly but certainly hasnt got rid of the tinnitus

Advice on Calcium Supplements Please
I try to keep up the level of calcium in my diet and take calcium citrate (500mg), vitamin D3, vitamin k2-7, zinc and
magnesium
and am researching strontium as well. My problem is that I have a kidney pain under my ribs and in my back which is related to the intake of calcium.

Advice appreciated :)
I also take selenium, vit B,
magnesium
, vit K, vit C. These are my results. I guess FT4 is too high compared to ft3. I also got Rt3 results this time. I don´t have a clue in their interpretation.

Can normally manage it ok with laxatives or

supplement. Recently started taking laxido recommended by my chemist. I had the worst ever bowel movement today, it took almost two hours to go. To say I am sore is an understatement.
