Calprotectin at 145 and panicking
Hey everybody. I’ve been experiencing constant abdominal discomfort for 10 weeks now. I wouldn’t say it’s pain but it’s definitely annoying, like my intestines are sore. It’s mostly lower abdomen but can be upper too. Sometimes food makes it better, sometimes worse. It happened to me 3 years ago too

CT Scan of abdoman stressed
Hi All, I have been very stressed out lately and was wondering if anyone has ever had this diagnosis or something similar and what was your outcome? About a month ago I ended up in the ER. I had been dealing with stomach pain for weeks. The Dr was pretty considerate and ordered a CT of my abdoman along

Endo, ovarian cysts and bowel problems
43 weeks after I had my MRI showing I have two cysts in my right ovary I’m finally getting to see a gynaecologist on the 28th August. 10 days ago I was referred for an urgent colonoscopy after stomach cramps and rectal bleeding. FIT test results were >400. No idea when I’ll get that. I am so tired

Finally had my Laparoscopy and I'm not sure how to feel 🥺
have posted loads on here about my situation with crohnic pelvic pain and multiple symptoms. I finally had my laparoscopy procedure and it's not Endometriosis. They have said it is looking like Adenomyosis as I have a globular uterus, but the only way to confirm diagnosis is histology after the cervix

Recurrence?im scared
I don't know where to start because I'm scared to death. I already made a post about my situation but I need to talk more about it with people who understand my situation. My mother, my beloved mother... my reason for living. In 2020 she underwent surgery for stage one seromucinous adenocarcinoma

Diverticulitis, hemerrhoids (?), fissure (?), bleeding
Hello. After a pretty unusual bout of diverticulitis diagnosed by a CT scan, I saw my GI doc and he wants to do another colonoscopy. This is my 4th bout in 6 years - not very bothered by it - but the last one, well, I could not get the stool out, and then started pooping orangy slime. After that I went

Does anyone else have stomach issues with Behcet's?
I've just recently had a Behcet's flare-up and when I do I always have stomach issues, i.e. nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite. And of course I have the genital sores, joint pain, fatigue, and not sleeping well. But with this flare-up my stomach issues were a lot of bloating, and indigestion. I've

Concerned
I was diagnosed by colonoscopy with diverticulitis in 2019 - and have had about one mild bout a year - treated with a 5 day course of augmentin (antibiotic). My last episode was almost 2 months ago and I have not recovered - extremely constipated - I feel like I'm going to GO and know I will feel so

not PCa related but promising in vivo therapy for cancer metastasis
”The polymer eliminates colorectal cancer liver metastases and prolongs mice survival, after only a single-dose therapy. The findings were published in Nano Today, a leading journal in the field of nanotechnology.” https://m.jpost.com/health-and-wellness/article-795801

update
unfortunately the liver mets have returned to Martins liver. It is 6 months since chemo finished. There are multiple small mets. Martin is still feeling well. No fatigue, loss of appetite or pain. His MO said that this is very bad and gave a prognosis of 12 months. He is starting Martin on carboplatin
