Tired all the time
I take a lot of supplements (calcium, D3, folate,
complex
B
, magnesium glycinate, heme iron),
the only value that was low was ferritin
but I do take iron. I also take Novothyral, which is 100 mcg T4 and 20 mcg T3.

Help with latest blood test results and Vit D3 advice
Can't remember why or when I stopped taking Vit D... but kept up with
Complex
B
until a few weeks ago before the blood tests. Have not done any blood tests in between.

Vitamin B Complex
G'day everyone, hope you're all doing well I would appreciate your advice on the following question - I read somewhere that we should have a break from taking vitamin
B
complex
, would this apply to us thyroid sufferers and if so, for how long?

Do B Complex vitamins upset the stomach? Advice please
Can I please ask for ways to take
B
complex
that won't upset stomach. I bought Igennus Super
B
complex
and took 1 tablet about 30 mins after eating dinner. The next day I had an upset stomach and felt more exhausted that usual the way you can get with a stomach upset.

Biotin in Vitamin B complex supplements
HiI've been talking a vitamin
B
complex
for years, only to realise Biotin affects thyroid bloodworks, I can't believe I never knew! My questions is, do I continue with the
complex
or just some specific
B
vitamins? Or just stop taking them, when my thyroid bloods are due?

Vitamin B Complex
Please could you advise if this
b
complex
is good? I just bought it. I’d like to ask if the folic acid is sufficient for supplementation? It says to take 2 a day. I don’t have my results on me but my folic acid was low in range.

recommended B vitamins
I have been taking Lamberts Methyl
B
complex
for a long time but would like to try another multi B vitamin that is often recommended on this forum. Of course I can’t find it now so would be grateful if someone could remind me.

B12 and menopause?
I’ve been advised to take vitamin
b
complex
for menopause symptoms but is there any point if I have pernicious anaemia? Might be a silly question but if my body can’t absorb it (I have injections every 3 months) isn’t my body just getting rid of it every day? Some advice would be good!
