My cancer journey-
I was diagnosed in 2019 with stage 3 ovarian cancer. I had surgery and several different treatment protocols. I’m now facing my 3rd recurrence and about to decide, under the guidance of my wonderful oncologist, which treatment will be next. I feel fortunate that I’ve never suffered a lot of pain and

20,000 soon. Celebrate the high quality of support and Reflect on the state of prostate cancer
Soon, there will be 20,000 members in our Malecare Advanced Prostate Cancer community. What does reaching this milestone tell us about the state of prostate cancer treatments and therapies? What does it tell us about Malecare and the 19,999 people who preceded the 20,000th?

Neuroendocrine prostate cancer could be restored to a state that responds to treatment
[i]It may be possible to restore drug-resistant neuroendocrine prostate cancer to a state that responds to treatment by depletion of a certain protein in cancer cells. A recent study published in Communications Biology by the University of Eastern Finland found that this protein, DPYSL5, is expressed

Big bleed
Oh my, juat need to vent a little. Im in the uk wales. Last night I had a really big bleed, for context I'm pregnant via IVF 6w6d and I'm on clexane (warfarin) due to a problem with clotting. I was advised to go A&E , after waiting 4 hours I got triage, and was told I will need to wait a minimum 12 hrs
