Inhaled bicarbonate
I recently saw a severe asthma specialist who prescribed me inhaled
bicarbonate
to use with my nebulizer (it's in liquid form) when my asthma is flaring. I have done it a few days in a row and have been pleasantly surprised by how nice it feels.

Iron Infusion
The doctor doubled the dose to 40mg which didnt seem to help so I have dropped it and I am relying on sodium
bicarbonate
to neutralise the acid. This is useful but still a bit painful and I don't think its very healthy.

Medication absorption / metabolisation
I've experimented with taking
bicarbonate
of soda and not noticed any difference and have been taking zinc supplements (in the evening as the ones I have are mixed with vit C). I'm female of average height and medium build / not carrying much if any excess weight.

Keep it Simple
I myself have witnessed two thyroid carcinomas 100% reversed with honey and sodium
bicarbonate
in water taken orally for a matter of months. Of course there is no profit in healthy people, only sick people. Who out there can guide my search?

Calcium Citrate questions
I’ve been taking Calcium Carbonate on and off for over 5 years but my stomach really doesn’t like it. It makes me gassy and and causes me to have stomach ache. I have read that Calcium Citrate is more gentle on the stomach so I am trying to find what the equivalent calcium citrate is to calcium carbonate

Calcium - forms, doses, timings
Hello, my adjusted calcium is slightly low and I was told to take two of the tablets I had been taking which are 600mg (so having two would mean 1200mg a day). My bloods were tested again yesterday and my adjusted calcium level has remained the same. Has this happened to anyone else?! I'm not on medication

Gabapentin and Oxycodone
Hi I'm back, looking for more advice from the wise ones on HealthUnlocked. I recently came off Pramipexole and persuaded my (UK NHS) neurologist to prescribed Oxycodone/Nalazone. I take 10mgs in the morning and 20 about 7.00pm (any later and it doesn't work). This led to an improvement, but my sleep
