I know its a test that can take a few times to show up.pisitive & kick myself for not trying it again before this loading dose. Was concerned at asking for tests for other things & forgot about this...appreciate any thoughts & would

Progress at last
Haven’t posted for a long time. Some of you may know that after reaching my goal of a 10k continuous run I contracted COVID in September 2022. Diagnosed with Long Covid in December 2022, really struggled to even walk 400 yards but saw an improvement last Summer and got to Week 7 all be it very slowly

Hi! Anyone know how pineapple airborne allergies work and what is ocd- ex: is washing my clothes after extended exposure and being itchy called ocd? Is it true that one can only react if the food is being cooked? Also, what does it mean if on the allergy test I come out negative for pinapple- not

Update on me.
So it's been a while since I posted here. Still waiting to see a pulmonologist. That will be happening in June provided there's no cancellations or delays because of industrial action. Had spirometry done both FEV1 and FVC were 91. Not indicative of airway obstruction. Relieving and frustrating at

advice please
So I live in uk and for a year now my daughter age 14 has had various symptoms which come and go in severity but impact her life when bad. She is under paediatricians who were unconcerned about her low TSH and after discussion with paed with interest in endocrinology they wrote to gp and said no further

Had the ablation.
Monday I had the procedure under general anesthesia-safely and successfully. The did give IV cortef at the start of the procedure. Since they needed to intubate my throat is sore for days but my ears-especially the right one are achy. I was debating why aching now; pollen count is moderate, and my jaw

Does Roseway Laboratories prescribe Thybon T3?
Hi Does anyone know if Roseway prescribe Thybon Henning? I had been using Thybon Henning but when it ran out I got some Tiromel as it was the only option I could source. It does not seem as effective as Thybon and I was wondering if Roseway prescribe Thybon. Many thanks

Following my previous post in which I reported my results from 20/02/24, I did a fasting home test from "monitor my health" on 18/03/24 to try to get a more accurate picture. These are the results: 18/03/24: TSH: 4.47 (0.27-4.2) (20/02/24: 5.37) FT4: 15 (12-22) (20/02/24: 13.8) FT3: 4.1

no help🥺
Recently raised Levothyroxine to 75mcg per day, from 50mcg. Still tired, can’t exercise. Only keep my job as I work from home, which is going to change soon and I need help. Been like this since 2014 and always told tests normal NFA. Paid for my own tests and found T4 low. Finally after years of trying

Low t3 with high t4, graves.
I'm not sure what's happening. I've had one episode of toxic nodule hyperthyroidism back in 2015, hemithyroidectomy in 2018. Then I got graves (unrelated apparently) in 2022. My t4 was 63, my t3 was 30! so was on carb until June 2023. I've not been on any meds since. Following my thyroid through private

Sacral insufficiency fractures
Thanks so much to everyone who replied to my previous post! I feel encouraged by your good wishes and suggestions as to possible ways forward. I'm away from home at the moment but next week I'm definitely going to get back in contact with the specialist gynaecology nurses to see if there is any ongoing

Does this look like a malar rash? Would it be seen as one by a doctor, do you think?
I have had joint pain and tiredness for the last six years. This last year it has got significantly worse and although I am overweight, the pain is felt in my fingers and elbows sometimes. My heel and ankle are also badly affected. The fatigue is debilitating. I have also developed digestive issues
