75mg Aspirin - Impossible to Open
First a low dose ACE Inhibitor then a statin and 75mg
Aspirin
. For many years the
Aspirin
came in small bottles of 100 before like everything else they came packed in foils. Sometimes foils can be tricky to open so the capsule splits open or the tablet shatters.

Article: ADT May Increase Risk of Death From Cardiovascular Disease in Prostate Cancer
My thought: Maybe low dose
aspirin
isn't a bad idea when on ADT. https://www.cancertherapyadvisor.com/home/cancer-topics/prostate-cancer/prostate-cancer-androgen-deprivation-therapy-cardiovascular-disease-death-risk/?

PMR symptoms or flare of Stills Disease?
I recall my medication as enteric coated
aspirin
, steroids, iron, distalgesics and Indocid slow release capsules. I wore wrists splints for several years and lived a relatively normal life. Thankfully I have no organ involvement to my knowledge.

Funny stories
I think my favourite story is
Aspirin
the cat. I think i have a post about it, but just in case - mom works at a pharmacy and got too much
aspirin
and put some of it in a separate box and wrote "
Aspirin
". When it got sold out, her Boss took the box and gave it to the cat outside.

PV and high altitudes.
I am on hydrox and baby
aspirin
and have primary PV. Am wondering if travel to high altitudes could be life threatening for folks like me?

Almost 1 yr on Peg - Update
Had been on
aspirin
only and monitoring since 2014 (when my GP got two high platelet readings in a row and prescribed baby
aspirin
as a preventive measure (but interestingly enough did not refer me to a hematologist - would have to change doctors for that to happen).

Beta blocker metroprolol & low EF
I am on statin, brillianta and
aspirin
large dose . My quick questions 1. Does BB helps with EF if so is it reasonable to worry about? 2. Should I ask and stay with lower dose? 3. Is anything else helps with EF such as exercise, diet and other medicine I am on Thanks 🙏🙏
