Oh so true!! I, at 69, struggle to keep up with those of their 80's and 90's who live a much more active life than I do. Some even do Zumba! The secret is to try to keep your glass half full and stay away from negative people

The quote is oh so true, so is the half full glass post. Bypass all negatives and think positive, we can do it but maybe not today is a good way to get through.
