venlafaxine & vertigo / diziness

Hello, I have been on 300 mg venlafaxine for a few years now. I wake up with bad vertigo approx once or twice a month, does anyone else? Is it a known side effect of Venlor? I get very nervous trying to research this type of thing on the net, I'd rather hear it from people in the same boat. I suffer from chronic depression and PTSD but it's been very much under control with Venlor and some other medication I am taking. I'm not sure whether this side effect is from Venlor, other tabs I am on or the combination. If Venlor, does anyone know the reason for this side effect?

Thank you

I am not familiar with Vendor specifically, but side effects like that are common with psychotropic medicine. You might need to switch to another snri or have your doctor ex you an adjunct. Either way, reach out for help, whether it's here or a professional, current or a new one. Good luck and stay safe. Feel free to pm me for resources. Take care ❤
