Hi all I need revision circumcision as some little loose skin with frenulum is covered in my penis tip and I have my own wooden and plastic circumcision tools with medicine oil and bandage so can I do my self circumcision???

It is not advisable to do surgery on yourself. How is the loose skin affecting your penis health?
Don't attempt anything around frenulum area , there are blood vessels in that area and you don't want to be bleeding everywhere. Please get someone qualified to do it.
See a doctor. Not a barber. And don’t attempt anything yourself.
So I guess there are some regions of the world where circumcisions are performed by a barber. Most of us here are likely horrified by that prospect, but it seems to be something that reflects Ansaris' reality.
Ansaris, most here would definitely recommend you don't do it yourself as the consequences of getting it wrong could be very serious. If you can, see a doctor that specialises in circumcisions and ask their advice.

Please don't do it yourself. Go to a doctor for any revisions, especially around the frenulum.
My frenulum is too loose and dark brown and yesterday it had stuck on my pant zip
I think you should go to a doctor, Ansaris. Just to be on the safe side to find out what's going on.
