Hello and Welcome. This is a great place to connect with people who understand.
I suffer from depression also and anxiety. I have started looking for a therapist for counseling and it feels really overwhelming. It’s not as easy as I thought it would be. I have always been a happy person but so often I feel irritated and angry, especially at work.
