Hi folks hope everyone enjoyed the Jubilee celebrations I didnโt get to see any of it as was on a family holiday at Centre parcs and guess what we got all the way home to find I had left our bag of clothes and make up etc on the bed - talk about brain fog ๐ซ I feel absolutely exhausted and need another holiday to get over this one.
My sister looked after Bea & Mira , Iโve never left Mira before but she was fine with Bea, my brother in law said โ your dogs are high maintenance as they just wanted to be on Mel,s (sisters lap all the time โ . ๐๐
Anyway here is a pic of Mira caught in the act with her toy .
Have a good week everyone . ๐

Mira and Lino would make quite a mischievous pair. He goes from the sweetest guy - like right now on my chest - to little devil. Slippers are a fav as well as toilet paper rolls.
The fluffy white stuff hanging around Mira while she looks so innocent is very funny.
I am relieved that Mira coped without you. It must put your mind at rest. So sorry about you leaving your bags, will they send them to you? We once returned home from Woolacombe with all the bedding after I stripped the bed ready for the cleaners and Neil packed it ๐. It cost us ยฃ30 to return it lol. I do hope that you and the family had a great time and that you managed to relax? Mira is just gorgeous xxx
Oh gosh I hope it is not too expensive for you. Dylan is quite needy still bless him, very unsettled and pacing a lot. Currently he is with his Dad cuddled up on the settee. He is seeing the surgeon on Wednesday to plan his castration poor boy. Once we have got him through it we will look in earnest for the right brother or sister for him xxx
Hey lovely ๐ so sorry about your pants ๐ฉ ๐ฃ. Last thing you need โน๏ธ. Didnโt want to sound negative as youโve had some great advice but go easy with the stretches ๐. I never realised this but when your body is inflamed stretching too much can make things worse (found this out with legs ).
Iโm sure you wonโt but donโt let a podiatrist tuck you up with expensive insoles .. itโs finding what is supportive and cushioning and works for you and you might not need an insole.
Sending you and those feet a gentle hug ๐ค xxxxx
Thatโs good advice, at my podiatrist appointment they advised buying Vionics but as my feet are different I needed two different sorts. ยฃ60 later Iโve return both sets of insoles as they hurt. They also told me to watch TIKTOK to find out how to tape my big toe for relief! They didnโt even remove the corn on the bottom of my foot thatโs very painful. Very disappointing appointment and Iโll still have to find a private chiropodist to deal with the corns. Meanwhile Iโm now limping with both feet ๐
The taping is horrible ๐ฑ.. if they told me to watch tick tock id have to say โ why are you providing me with a clock to take home โ๐๐as I havenโt got a clue what it is . So sorry youโre in pain .. sometimes a chiropodist who works at home in her garden shed is better than one who works in a fancy practice with shining floors xxxx
Oh no Stills , I have bought some Vionic trainers and sandals and got to say theve really helped with my painful feet, sorry that they didnโt work for you x
Iโm not doing anything rest of week as know Iโve overdone it at Centre Parcs going on the rapids etc ๐๐ before I went my mum said I donโt think you ought to be going on the rapids ๐ I said mum for goodness sake Iโm 54 xxx
Gorgeous pic of mira, svfarmer. Butter wouldnt melt would it?. Do hope you enjoyed Center parcs despite the luggage mishap and you recover soon. Xx๐ถโค๐ถ๐ค๐ถโค๐ถ
โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ seeing pics of Mira. Iโm sure she could be as mischievous as she wants and put on that face so you couldnโt possibly be cross with her! Xx ๐ถ ๐ ๐งธ
