Hi all, got my results yesterday re masses on ovaries and also on womb, it is stage 2 and they caught it early, the surgeon is happy he has got it all out and the only place it had spread to was the womb. All in all great result, I have to have a course of chemo, he said he has Asked them to give me a couple more weeks recovery before starting chemo. Although I know it is all good news I really feel unwell today and lots of pain, so extra quiet day today and then I will bounce back. Thank you for your ongoing interest. Soft hugs, hope you have a good day. Love x

That's really good news and I hope your recovery is a quick one sending soft little hugs to you Carol ☺
Hi metty
As you know I have followed your journey.
I am sorry to hear that you have had a Stage 2 diagnosis. However I am so glad that your surgeon is confident that he has managed to get all of it out.
I sincerely hope that your course of chemo goes well, if that is at all possible.
Please let us know how it goes.
Wishing you less pain and more peace

Fantastic that it was caught early. Probably a wise decision for them to delay the chemo until you feel a little stronger. All the stress and trauma is bound to have an effect on your body so taking things very easy is a good strategy. Take care.x
Great news, things can only get better(as the song says) I'm really pleased for you, try and take the rest while you can. love and hugs ❤️xx
Oh my. I'm so sorry you had to go through that, but I'm glad you've got good news. Take it easy, I hope your pain eases.
Hi Metty glad your surgery was a success, but you still need to go through a recovery period. Take extra care of yourself, you will probably feel more exhausted than ever from having the operation as well as dealing with the pain. About This time last year I had surgery to remove a breast tumour, like you the surgery got it all out. A couple of months ago I had surgery on my womb, which they biopsied at same time, all clear. Go for 1 year check up in September, looking forward to it ! So take your time, rest, rest and rest again, do things you enjoy that don't involve moving about, crosswords, sewing, knitting, colouring books, listening to your favourite music. All the best
Hi my friend,
That sounds like a great result and I am genuinely delighted to read that is has gone so well for you. I am so sincerely sorry to read that you are not feeling too good today and I genuinely hope that you feel better soon. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi metty.
I'm really pleased for you that they have caught it early. But I'm not surprised you are feeling unwell. Although you are on the road to recovery I guess you are not quite out of the woods yet and it will take time to recover.
Take it easy and I wish you well.
Gentle hugs, Margaret.xxx
