After years of CFS with not much known in medicine, and lots of alternative solutions going around the patient forums, I learned too an important lesson:

"If you think it's powerful enough to help , consider if it's powerful enough to harm."

We think of the opposite of didn't work as nothing. But maybe it can cause imbalances and problems.
