I have had CLL for 11 years on watch and wait. I gave up all meat and most processed food in June 2019 when my wbc 89, and lymphocites 87. I had my next blood test was March 2020 my wbc 64 and lym 58. I feel very happy about this. Just putting it out there

You are fortunate to have very slow growing CLL - long may it continue. Keep an eye on your long term trends, not just of your lymphocytes, but equally, if not more importantly, your haemoglobin, platelets and neutrophils.

Hi thanks for that. I always take a note of those 5 results and they, apart from neutrophils stay more or less the same. My neutrophils are 3.9 at the moment which is much better than they have been for some time. I know I’m lucky with my slow CLL although I do have quite severe fatigue and have had all these years. I hope you are doing ok
