Bisoprolol and exhaustion

I have been on 1.25mg of bisoprolol since November and I have been exhausted. I developed myocarditis and arrymthmia in September last year caused by covid. I am general fit and well have run marathons. My arrhythmia symptons have gone but cannot function. I reduce my bisoprolol 3 weeks a going and stoppednive been so much better having energy and bp normal. Then 2 days ago my heart measurement have gone haywire and felt ill. Its a bank holiday so I have started taking 1.25mg again as my diastolic and oukse measurement was dangerously high. I'm under constant stress caring for family members . I want to come off bisoprolol because I cannot function on it.

I’m on 1.25mg bisoprolol, pretty fit but my heart rate has gone from 49-50bpm avg resting to 45 , I get some periods where I feel very tired in middle of the day and crash out. Not all the time . Also on half a 1.25 of ramipril. I had worse issues when I was on artovastatin 80mg and Pravastatin 40mg, aches , pains , feeling cold , runny noses, tinnitus , brain fog, feeling vacant /zombie like.BP would drop from 115/75 to100/61 by afternoon. GP thinks it was an interaction of the meds . Now on 10mg Rosuvastatin with a view to increasing if needed.

I missed a few days of bisoprolol last month (prescription late, my fault) and I had a terrible feeling g of anxiety for a a couple of days . I’ve never had it and had never relayed to peoples posts when the spoke of anxiety… I can empathise now , it felt as though all my energy was in my upper body and I could feel my heart beating.. and I felt under pressure . Here’s hoping we find a way forward soon with our meds . 👍🏻❤️
