does anyone get a red splotchy rash on their body anywhere when you’re anxious??

mine is red and splotchy and all over my arms and it worries me.

Anything is possible with anxiety. Some people break out in hives.

As with any other symptom it's best to have a Dr evaluate. It will give you peace of mind to know what the cause is

My skin itches all over, but don’t have rash. Anxiety causes so much havoc to the body. Get it checked to put your mind at rest, but if it only comes out when you are stressed it must be related in some way. Take care.
