I got a great nights sleep but this morning I had really bad bathroom issues (if you know what I mean). I’m assuming it’s just a response to all the anxiety I’m having, so I’m going to try to go to work. I don’t think sitting at home will help because then I’ll just freak out that I’m sick with a stomach bug and I’ll throw up. If It continues at work then I will just go home. But do you think it’s most likely in response to my anxiety?

Last week after I ate lots of root veg in a casserole for dinner it had given me diarrhea!
Those veggies are so nice when you eat them!
It just might be anxiety. I have that issue all the time, especially when I travel.
